Russian Missile Kills Two In Odesa Apartment Building Overnight
Zelenskyy said the same strike injured five more people, three of them children, in the Black Sea port city.
- Two Odesa residents died when a Russian missile struck their apartment building overnight.
- Five more were injured, including three children caught in the same blast.
- Zelenskyy posted the casualty toll on his official Telegram channel on July 17.
Why it matters: Hitting an apartment block at night kills civilians, not soldiers, and that is the strategy, not the error.
