Ann Widdecombe murder: 28-year-old man arrested in Rotherham

Ambulance crews called police to her Haytor home around 11:40am on Thursday, July 9.
Detectives believe she was attacked around midday the previous Wednesday, a full day earlier.
A 26-year-old freed Saturday; a 28-year-old was then arrested that night in Rotherham.
